You'll find car listings from both dealers and private parties. Before buying, make sure to check their advice on fraud avoidance

Carfax.com - Buying a used car can be a bit of a gamble. Reduce the risk by making sure to run a Carfax report on any car you're considering for purchase. You'll learn how many owners the car has had, and most importantly, whether the car has a salvage title, someone just about everyone would like to avoid.

Edmunds - Great for pricing information, for both used and new cars. Make sure to run one of their TMV price reports before heading out to the dealer.

PetConnection.com - Don't miss the DogMobile reviews by columnist and dog owner, Gina Spadafori.

FuelEconomy.gov - In these days of high fuel prices, it's important to compare accurate MPG figures for the models you're considering.

SafeCar.gov - While the name of this section of the National Highway Safety Commission is SafeCar.gov, that isn't the URL. That's the government for you. Still, for crash tests, recalls, etc. this is a good stop to make.

PetAutoSafety.com - This site offers a variety of dog travel accessories, such as seat belts, barriers and crates.
